Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Full Refund (72 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to scheduled check-in time (14:00) will qualify for 100% full refund minus standard bank processing charges.

2. Partial Refund (24-72 Hours)

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged a 1-night base stay fee, and the remainder refunded.

3. Date Change Requests

Guests may request date changes up to 48 hours before check-in subject to cottage availability without cancellation fees.
